Coach's Certification, Protecting God's Children Classes and Required Forms 

The diocesan rule regarding coach’s certification is as follows:

If your name has appeared on a CYO roster as a coache either head or assitant and you have not taken the CYO Coaching Seminar training – you will not be allowed to coach any sport beyond one year after the appearance of your name on that roster.  In other words, you must have the training prior to the start of your second year of coaching. 

The Diocese also mandates that all volunteers take the Protecting God's Children (PCG) class prior to working with children in any capacity.  Watch the church bulletin for upcoming classes.  Dates for PCG classes will also be posted on the calendar section of this website.

The diocese requires that all coaches submit the following forms to their sport coordinator. Copies of these forms can be accessed by clicking the links below:
